Yes, we are a fully wheelchair accessible salon. We also have lots of booth space for wheelchairs, pushchairs and any family members that would like to sit together.

We would love to meet you and have a chat about what you would like your hair to look like. Please feel free to pop in for a chat or phone us to arrange a consultation with one of our fantastic stylists. We, unfortunately, cannot give quotes over the phone or email.

We get a lot of clients that have been dying their hair dark and it is a long journey to get your hair up to a bright shade of blonde. Our main priority is the condition of your hair so we will work with you to brighten your hair over a few visits and we always recommend treatments in between visits to keep your hair in great condition.

To have your hair coloured at Daniel Granger Hairdressing you need to be 18 or above.

Yes, you can but please make sure you come in for a patch test as you may react to colours differently whilst you are pregnant.

Most of the time our colour and cut appointments will take 3 hours. This could be longer if you are undergoing a complete transformation or if your hair is damaged. If you are concerned about the timing of your appointment, please ask your stylist during your client consultation.

A patch test is a tiny amount of colour applied just behind your ear. This is to make sure that you’re not allergic to any of the colours we use at the salon. It is obligatory if you wish to have your hair coloured with us at Daniel Granger Hairdressing. You need a patch test minimum of 48 hours prior to your colour appointment.

Yes, we do. Our salon is designed for wheelchair access.

Yes, we do. Our Hair Spa is designed for a discreet and relaxing service, where we can discuss matters with you privately, away from the busy salon upstairs.

There is on-street parking, and multi-story parking surrounding the salon. Places to park.

We will give it our best shot! Come in to see us for a consultation and we will do everything in our power to ensure you leave with beautiful hair again.

We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment with us on time. We’ll be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however, the following policies do apply:

Cancellation – 24 hours’ notice please

If you need to cancel your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible beforehand, but at least 24 hours before your appointment. That’s it, job done.

If the cancellation is less than 24 hours’ notice a 50% charge may apply.

Late arrival – keep us updated

Arrival more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may mean we cannot spend the time we need to give you the best service. We will do our utmost to accommodate you, but please be aware we may not be able to do your hair.
